Growing up, Vivian was passionate about sports, especially football. In fact, he aspired to become a professional footballer and has been trained in the sport since childhood. He even represented his school at various national-level football tournaments.

Vivian completed his schooling at Lokmanya Tilak High School in Mumbai and later pursued higher education. Although his love for football remained strong, his destiny took a turn toward the entertainment industry, and he eventually ventured into modeling and acting.
