Manasvi Mamgai Early Life And Education
Manasvi Mamgai came into the world on the 10th of October 1987 on a Tuesday in Delhi. She was born under the sign of Libra. The city of Chandigarh was Manasvi’s home throughout her childhood, and she received her education at Hansraj Public School and Carmel Convent School. Later on, when she had completed all of the requirements for her official education, she decided to pursue a career in acting and enrolled at Anupam Kher’s acting school in Mumbai.
Her mother, Prabha Mamgai, is originally from Uttarakhand and worked as a teacher there, and her father, Manasvi’s father, was in the construction industry. Her mother raised her on her own from the time she was a young child until she was 17 years old, following the divorce of her parents. Manasvi, however, received a second chance at life when an industrialist named Shalabh Kumar agreed to adopt her. Shalabh Kumar became like a second father to Manasvi.
Manasvi Mamgai Career
After taking first place in the Elite Model Look India competition, Manasvi made her catwalk debut at the Lakme Fashion Week in the year 2006. Two years later, in 2008, she was crowned “Miss Tourism International,” and then, in 2010, she was crowned “Femina Miss India World.” After that, she competed for India at the Miss World pageant, which was held in China during the same year.
Manasvi was one of the top eight competitors in the Dances of the World category at the final competition for Miss World in 2010. Since that time, she has walked the runway for a variety of fashion designers and has been in a number of advertising campaigns.
In 2012, Manasvi launched her acting career by appearing in the movement-based play “LIMBO.” That same year, she also appeared in the documentary film “The World Before Her,” in which she played a role.
Later on in the year 2014, she appeared in the film ‘Action Jackson’ directed by Prabhu Deva, playing the part of ‘Marina’ alongside Ajay Devgn. In the music videos for the songs “Yaadien” by the R&B duet TheMxxnlight in 2020 and “Dum ba Dum” by Daler Mehndi, Manasvi starred as the main character.
