Baseer Ali was born on 5 September 1995 in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Raised in a close-knit household, Baseer was brought up by his mother, Afshan Khan, along with his brother, Abrar Ali. From an early age, he demonstrated an interest in performance, fitness, and the media.

Baseer’s mainstream career took off when he participated in MTV Roadies Rising in 2017, where he emerged as the runner-up, instantly earning recognition for his determination, physique, and street-smart approach.

That same year, he went on to win MTV Splitsvilla 10, along with co-contestant Naina Singh, cementing his status as a popular youth icon. In 2018 and 2019, he transitioned into hosting, appearing as the digital host for shows like Roadies Xtreme, Splitsvilla 11, and Roadies: Real Heroes on Voot, alongside Divya Agarwal and Shruti Sinha.
