She attended schools in Indore and ultimately graduated from there. Since she was a very young child, Ankita has had an interest in performing. She used to play in the Ganpati Utsav and Navratri festivals when she was a student at the university.
Following the conclusion of her studies leading up to her graduation, Ankita enrolled in the Frankfinn Institute in Indore in order to pursue education leading to a career as an airline hostess.
During this time, she tried out for the talent search show “Zee Cinestar Ki Khoj” and was ultimately chosen to participate. Ankita was awarded the title of ‘Best Dancer’ in the show, despite the fact that she did not win the competition.
